The acceptance of the Privacy Policy from ONFEET (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”), is a necessary condition for the use of our website and the provision of the service (hereinafter the "Service").

This Privacy Policy regulates the collection, processing and use of your personal and non-personal information as a user of ONFEET, as of the effective date in the header.

Comply with legal procedures and requirements: we may use the personal data we collect to investigate or address claims or litigation related to the use of ONFEET services, as permitted by current legislation or in response to requests from regulators, government entities and official bodies.

Automate decision making: to provide our services and in order to improve our platform, ONFEET uses automated decision-making and automated profiling. For example, we use data from your search history to recommend new products to you. ​

The processing that ONFEET will carry out with the data within each of the aforementioned networks will be, at most, the one that the social network allows to the corporate profiles.

Therefore, ONFEET will be able to inform, when the law does not prohibit it, our followers by any means that the social network allows about their activities or offers, as well as providing a personalized customer service.

In no case will ONFEET extract data from social networks, unless the user's consent is expressly obtained for it.

4.3 In raffles

We will only process the job applications or internships that the candidate sends through the means indicated on the corresponding page, our own or third party ones.

All other requests will be rejected.

The applicant authorizes us to analyze the documents they submit, all the content that is directly accessible through search engines, the profiles they maintain on professional social networks, the data obtained in the access tests and the information revealed in the job interview, with the aim of assessing your candidacy and being able, where appropriate, to offer you a position.

The lawful basis being the pre contractual relationship between the candidate and ONFEET.

5. Perservation of the data

Here you can check for how long we keep the personal data collected by the Service:

  • Disaggregated data will be stored without a deletion period.
  • Customer data will be kept for the minimum necessary, and may be kept for up to:
  • 5 years, according to art. 1964 of the Civil Code (personal actions without special term).
  • 6 years, according to art. 30 of the Commercial Code (accounting books or invoice, for example).
  • User data uploaded by the Service to pages and profiles on social networks will be kept from the moment the user offers his consent until he withdraws it.
  • The data of the candidates for a job offer, if the candidate is not selected, will be kept for a maximum of two years to incorporate them into future calls, if the candidate authorizes it.
6. Data shared with third parties

There are third parties that manage part of the Service.

ONFEET requires them to comply with this Privacy Policy in whatever is applicable to them, in addition to having their own. However, ONFEET will not be responsible for compliance with this policy.
